At Acqua Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all fixtures, fittings, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
